1. All ads will be uploaded to tristategaragesales.com upon review generally within 24 hours.
  2. Listings will appear for up to one week, and will be removed from the site after your sale's last day.    
  3. Tristategaragesales.com reserves the right to reject any ad without notice. In the event your ad is rejected your credit card will be refunded for the listing.
  4. Tristategaragesales.com is not responsible for any typos, misspellings, or any other mistakes in the ad copy and description. You are responsible for proofreading you own ad.
  5. ALL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS - LIST YOUR SALE FOR FREE!  Submit your ad from the "List A Sale" page but do not continue with payment.  We will review and post your ad to the site free of charge.  Tristategaragesales.com reserves the right to request proof of a non profit organization.
  6. Payments are secured upon review of your ad and prior to listing on tristategaragesales.com.
  7. Ads placed on tristategaragesales.com that are having a sale on the next day must be received by 12:00 pm on the day prior. Ads received after 12:00 pm will not be listed until the following business day. (Friday ads received after 12 pm will be listed on the following Monday)
  8. Tristategaragesales.com must have a method of communication available to you . If we cannot contact you, your ad will be delayed being listed.

Q - How do I "Just click and Print" the sales?
A - When you find a sale you want to print, highlight it and then go to file, print on your browser and click print selection on your print options. The selected ones will print.

Q - Who do I contact for any question or help needed?

Q - What if I want to list my ad for 14 days? 
A -  You will need to list two consecutive 7 day ads

Q - How can I list my ad so that as many people as possible see it? 
A -   The longer your ad appears on our site, the more people are likely to see it.  Consider running your ad up to 14 days prior to your sale.   This will require two 7 day listings.

Q - How do I list an individual item for sale?
A - Go to the "Items for Sale" page and click on the green button that reads "List An Item For Sale". You will be taken to the same form you would use when submitting a garage sale ad. Use this form to submit your item for sale information. Your individual item will be posted on the "Items for Sale" page.
